You will play a critical role in bringing Pentair's brands, products, and customer stories to life through compelling visual communications. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality creative assets that support brand awareness, product marketing, sales enablement, digital campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple channels. This role will report to the Group Marketing Director of Commercial Water Solutions. The Mulit-Media Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Communications, Digital Marketing, and external agency partners to ensure Pentair's visual identity is consistently represented while supporting strategic business objectives.\nYou will:\nDesign and develop creative assets for digital, print, social media, web, email, trade shows, events, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.\nEnsure consistent application of Pentair's brand standards, visual identity, and messaging across all customer-facing materials.\nCollaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives, customer insights, and campaign strategies into compelling visual concepts and creative executions.\nCreate product collateral, brochures, catalogs, presentations, infographics, advertisements, case studies, and other marketing communications materials.\nSupport product launches and growth initiatives through the development of launch assets, campaign creative, sales tools, and promotional materials.\nPartner with Content Marketing and Digital Marketing to design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social channels, and online advertising.\nDevelop graphics, illustrations, image treatments, and visual storytelling assets that communicate complex technical and product information in a clear and engaging manner.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure creative materials are produced efficiently and accurately.\nStay current on design trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve creative effectiveness and elevate Pentair's visual presence.\nSupport photography, video, and multimedia initiatives as needed to enhance storytelling and customer engagement.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners, incorporating feedback and aligning creative solutions with business goals.\nModel culture and talent development in alignment with Pentair’s Win Right Values and Leadership Model, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while modeling the behaviors expected of Pentair leaders.\nKey Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.\n3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technology organizations.\nStrong portfolio demonstrates expertise in brand design, marketing communications, digital design, and visual storytelling.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.\nExperience designing for both digital and print channels, with understanding of production requirements and best practices.\nKnowledge of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles.\nExperience in creating sales and marketing materials that support customer acquisition, product promotion, and brand awareness.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work on deadlines.\nStrong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nExperience with motion graphics, video editing, Figma, or web design platforms is a plus.\nFamiliarity with marketing automation, content management systems, and digital campaign asset development is preferred.\nCompensation:\nFor this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $63000 - $117000/ year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
