You will be responsible for overall performance and lead the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team\nYou will:\nEnsure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement.\nEnsure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.\nBe responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to ensure that customer demand is met.\nBe responsible for staffing requirements that meet the established goals/line rates.\nEnsure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.\nBe responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development.\nBe responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nKey Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nMust be a hands-on leader.\nLearn Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.\nPersonnel management.\nHigh energy and the ability to motivate and influence.\nStrong problem-solving & critical thinking skills.\nBilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.\nCompensation:\nFor this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
