You will assist in setting up and conducting basic documented product performance and reliability tests. Join a team that invests in your future, with the opportunity to advance into a new role in as little as 1-2 years.\nYou will:\nFollow standardized procedures for documenting testing activities.\nExecute basic troubleshooting tasks under supervision.\nAssist in the fabrication of simple test fixtures using standard processes.\nAssist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lab.\nCollaborate with team members to achieve testing goals.\nAdhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.\nProvide support in organizing materials and setting up testing stations.\nCompile, organize, and archive test result\nPotential for training on Forklift\nKey Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nSome coursework in Electronics or related field.\n2-year degree in Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC highly desired\n0-2 years of experience in a lab environment.\nBasic understanding of electronic systems and testing.\nBasic computer skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nEffective communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team.\nEagerness to learn and follow instructions.\nBasic knowledge of safety and regulatory guidelines\nPhysical requirement: This role frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, speaking, and hearing, with occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 40 pounds.\nShift/Hours:\n8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday onsite\nFlexibility required\nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is $22.00 - $25.00/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
