You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products by performing line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.\nYou will:\nBe responsible for correctly, documenting and handling of parts.\nFlexibility to rotate on the line.\nBe packing small components and packaging operations.\nMust be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department.\nMust be able to use fine hand manipulation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nKey Qualifications:\nHigh School Degree or Equivalent Preferred.\nPrevious experience in a similar manufacturing environment\nPrevious experience in production and/or assembly position.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to create a highly effective team environment. \nAble to use a variety of hand tools in department, including but not limited to, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power hand tools.\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist. \nMust be able to lift-up to 30 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.\nSteel-toed footwear is required.\nShift:\n 1st shift, 4am start time (working 10-12 hour shifts)\nAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed\nIn order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis. \nCompensation:\nThe hourly pay for this role is $19.65/hour, plus 8% shift premium for 2nd shift. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
