By combining proven solutions with deep expertise, we help translate innovation into reliable and scalable water solutions - anywhere and anytime.\nWe have an opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Enschede team.\nThe senior Quality Engineer ensures incoming materials and products meet quality requirements and customer expectations. The role supports risk assessment, continuous improvement initiatives, inspection activities, customer non-conformance management, supplier quality performance to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.\nData Analysis & Quality Performance\nCollect, analyze, and interpret quality and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.\nUtilize statistical methods and quality tools to evaluate process capability and product performance.\nLead data-driven decision-making by translating complex datasets into actionable insights.\nSupport predictive quality initiatives through trend analysis and risk forecasting.\nIdentify and lead improvement projects focused on quality, cost reduction, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\nRoot Cause Corrective Measures (RCCM)\nLead RCCM investigations for customer complaints, escapes, non-conformances, audit findings, and process failures.\nFacilitate structured problem-solving methodologies such as:8D\n5 Why Analysis\nFishbone (Ishikawa) Analysis\nFault Tree Analysis\nDMAIC\n\nEnsure root causes are effectively identified, verified, and addressed.\nDrive implementation, validation, and effectiveness checks of corrective and preventive actions.\nCoach teams on RCCM best practices and problem-solving techniques.\nRisk Assessment & Prevention\nPerform risk assessments for products, processes, projects, and operational changes.\nLead or support FMEA activities (PFMEA, DFMEA).\nEvaluate quality risks related to new product introductions, process modifications, suppliers, and customer requirements.\nDevelop mitigation plans and ensure appropriate controls are implemented.\nMonitor residual risk and drive continuous risk reduction initiatives.\nExperience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, Master's degree is preferred.\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related technical disciplines.\nProven experience leading RCCM investigations and corrective action programs.\nExperience with risk assessment methodologies including FMEA and risk-based decision making.\nPreferred experience with Minitab and power BI.\nThis is what you can expect from us:\nWe are part of a large, listed American company, and our office has an informal working atmosphere and there is plenty of room for initiative.
