You will report to the EWM Global Business Process Owner - Delivery SAP S/4HANA and serve as a subject matter expert for the EWM (Enterprise Warehouse Management) workstream. You will lead and support implementation projects, conduct GAP analyses, and provide ongoing project support, all while playing a critical part in our multi-year global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative. Your contributions will directly enable our continued growth and leadership in delivering smart, sustainable water solutions worldwide.\n** This posting is for one permanent, direct-hire position. External candidates can work remote, as long as you are within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility. Along with this, 30% travel is required for go-lives and hyper-care to a Pentair facility. **\nYou will:\nPartner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core EWM/IM processes.\nGather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\nLead and support EWM-related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nPerform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for inbound, outbound, , delivery, cycle counting, warehouse set-up, and material movement internally/externally.\nDrive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.\nLead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.\nCreate and maintain essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.\nInfluence EWM process strategy by recommending best practices and innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.\nProvide deep functional expertise and production support for EWM processes, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.\nKey Qualifications:\nHave earned a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.\nHave 8+ years of professional experience in related fields, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM processes.\nMinimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with direct involvement in EWM process design and deployment.\nExperience working in Agile environments and with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban).\nStrong knowledge of EWM processes and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.\nProficient in configuration and testing of SAP S/4HANA EWM modules.\nExperience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nActive SAP EWM Certification (S/4HANA), or related modules (preferred).\n30% travel is required.\nCompensation:\nFor this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82,300 - $152,800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
