This role confirms claim eligibility, maintains accurate documentation, calculates reimbursements, and communicates with service partners, technicians, and internal support teams to resolve issues and monitor claim status.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReview, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and in accordance with Pentair product guidelines and policies.\nMonitor claim progress and follow up to resolve delays or outstanding issues.\nMaintain complete records of warranty work, including parts, labor, claim status, and supporting documentation for audits.\nVerify customer warranty coverage and clearly explain applicable terms and conditions.\nPartner with internal departments and external service partners to coordinate warranty repairs and support a timely, smooth customer experience.\nTrack and order warranty parts as needed to help prevent service delays.\nStay informed on tech bulletins, warranty policies, and procedures to ensure accurate claim filing.\nSupport service, parts, and new equipment sales teams with warranty-related questions or issues.\nCommunicate via email with customers, technicians, and FPAs to support a seamless warranty process.\nProcess claims payment for verified work orders dispatched\nPerform other warranty- and claims-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; some industries or technical roles may require an associate's degree or specialized certification.\nExperience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, claims, or industry-specific warranty administration.\nSkills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers and internal partners.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to accurate documentation.\nAbility to review account information, identify trends, and recommend practical service or process improvements.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI.\nExperience managing CRM systems required; Salesforce experience preferred.\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to communicate effectively in English.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
