departments to ensure smooth workflow.\nPrepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.\nIdentify project risks, delays, and blockers, then escalate when necessary.\nSupport project planning, resource allocation, and workload tracking.\nMonitor deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved.\nAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and project summaries.\nCoordinate purchasing requests and supplier follow-ups when required.\nParticipate in testing, quality checks, and project handovers.\nContinuously improve internal workflows and project management processes.\n Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, PMO, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent communication and follow-up abilities.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nGood written and spoken English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.\nExperience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar.\n Preferred Skills\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams.\nUnderstanding of production, software, or technical projects.\nExperience with procurement and supplier coordination.\nFamiliarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).\nAbility to read project timelines and execution plans.\nWe're Looking For Someone
