This is a unique opportunity for a data and AI expert to take full ownership of a strategic product domain, shaping how Pentera leverages data intelligence and AI-driven capabilities to deliver smarter, faster security validation.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead product management activities throughout the entire product lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment.\nDrive the Data & AI product strategy, including defining AI model behavior/integration within cybersecurity, and leading data analytics to generate actionable product insights.\nCollaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and customers to execute the roadmap, gain market insights, and drive revenue/ongoing product success.\nRequirements\n6+ years of Product Management experience (Inbound & Outbound), with proven experience in Enterprise-grade Cloud/SaaS software.\nDeep experience designing and shipping AI/ML-driven product features, including owning product decisions around model selection, accuracy tradeoffs, and user-facing behavior.\nProven experience building and managing data-intensive products, demonstrating a strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, ETL processes, and translating raw data into product value.\nOutstanding communication and project management skills with fluent English and a passion for solving complex technical problems.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.
