You'll ship production code in a core engineering team, own features end-to-end, and help push our engineering org to be genuinely AI-native, both in what we build and in how we build it.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, works well with product and research, and is excited to use AI as a daily force multiplier.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and ship features across our platform, from architecture through production\nOwn components end-to-end: performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability\nPartner with product managers, security researchers, and other engineers to turn hard problems into shippable products\nLead the integration of AI capabilities (LLMs, agents) into the product where they create real user value, not just where they look good in a demo\nDrive the adoption of modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) as part of your daily workflow, and actively mentor the team to level up their AI-driven development\nRaise the bar on code quality, review culture, and technical decisions\nMentor other engineers and contribute to how the team works, not just what it ships\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience building and shipping production software\nStrong fundamentals in software design, data structures, and system architecture\nProven track record of designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end, from initial architecture to production.\nProven experience developing and integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, or ML pipelines) into production systems\nComfort working across the stack and picking up new technologies quickly\nAdvanced proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) in real work, with the ability to lead AI-driven workflows across the team\nNice to have:\nBackground in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products\nExperience in a high-growth startup environment\nOpen source contributions or technical writing\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.
