This role involves working with manufacturing, compliance, and procurement teams to streamline quality processes, reduce defects, and ensure regulatory compliance across production and supply chain operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the full-cycle implementation and enhancement of the SAP QM module for manufacturing and supply chain operations\n\nDesign and configure quality planning, quality inspection, and quality control processes in line with business requirements\n\nDevelop inspection plans, quality notifications, sampling procedures, and control methods\n\nIntegrate SAP QM with PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules\n\nSet up quality certificates, audit management, batch management, and vendor evaluation tools\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define inspection characteristics and maintain master data for materials and operations\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for functional specifications, test cases, and training materials\n\nTrain end-users and support post-go-live troubleshooting and continuous improvement\n\nEnsure regulatory and industry-specific compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) through SAP QM functionality\n\nSupport global rollouts and harmonization of quality processes across regions and business units\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP QM module\n\nDeep understanding of quality processes including inspection lots, notifications, audits, and test equipment integration\n\nProven ability to configure SAP QM for discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing industries\n\nStrong understanding of integration points with MM, PP, SD, and PM\n\nExperience in working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments\n\nAbility to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver technical solutions\n\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote, collaborative team environment\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, or related discipline\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP QM Certification\n\nExperience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, or automotive\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as SAP Fiori apps for quality management\n\nKnowledge of S/4HANA Quality Management functionality and best practices\n\nExposure to digital quality systems or industry-specific quality initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote work flexibility with international project exposure\n\nCompetitive compensation and incentive packages\n\nOpportunities for fast-tracked leadership roles in SAP functional streams\n\nA collaborative and innovation-driven work environment\n\nAccess to large-scale SAP transformation projects across industries\n\nAbout Pentoz:\nPentoz is a dynamic technology and consulting company focused on accelerating enterprise transformation through smart, efficient, and scalable solutions.
