Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years’ experience providing enterprise level end user support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience configuring Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RDP, Print Management, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Anti-virus/anti-malware utilities.\nStrong expertise in MDM tools such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, jumpcloud, or Kandji, including hands-on experience with zero-touch deployment and compliance monitoring\nAdvanced scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell or Python, for cross-platform tasks).\nExcellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.\nExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nProblem solving skills, resilience, ability to prioritize changing demands\nHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail\nProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nPosition Qualifications - Preferred:\nMedical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired\nRelevant certification such as Jamf/Intune/EntraID/Azure administrators will be a PLUS,\nWorking Conditions:\nGeneral office environment\nWillingness and ability to work on site.\nMay have business travel from 0% - 10%\nPotential exposure to blood-borne pathogens\nRequires some lifting and moving of up to 15 pounds\nMust be able to move between buildings and floors.\nMust be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day.\nMust be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets.\nMust be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed.\nMust be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.\nAnnual Base Salary Range: $120,000 -
