Summary\nThis is a global leadership role, based in Costa Rica and reporting directly to senior leadership in the United States.\nThe role sits at the intersection of Manufacturing, IT and Data, with both sides of the conversation: the technology behind manufacturing systems and the operational realities of production, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field\n10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Systems\n5+ Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and Quality Management Systems (QMS)\n5+ years of experience in Project Management and Operations Systems\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, systems and data\nExperience with ERP, MES, system integrations and manufacturing data environments\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1)\nValid U.S. visa and availability to travel regularly to the United States\nMaster's degree is a
