support internal/external audit requests with SAP technical logs, reports, and supporting evidence.\nFollow security, segregation-of-duties, controlled-access, SAP operational standards, and identify opportunities to improve/automate BASIS monitoring and controls.\nAdhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.\nUnderstand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.\nEnsure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.\nPerform other work-related duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications: Required\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8+ years of SAP BASIS experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and HANA production environments.\nExperience with SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, certificates, connectivity, and hybrid SAP landscapes.\nExperience supporting ITGC/SOX controls, audit requirements, change management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, oral, written, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to independently execute technical activities, prioritize multiple assignments, and take ownership of issues through resolution.\nHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.\nPosition Qualifications: Preferred\nSAP BASIS, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BTP certification preferred.\nExperience supporting medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other highly regulated environments preferred.\nWorking knowledge of SAP IBP integrations, Event Mesh, IAS/IPS, SSO (SAML 2.0 and Kerberos/SNC), SAC, and SAP Cloud ALM preferred.\nWorking Conditions\nGeneral office environment.\nWillingness and ability to work on site as required.\nMay have business travel 0%-10%.\nMust be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment for an extensive period of time each day.\nMust be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets.\nMust be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels daily.\nStarting Base Salary is $119,000 to $180,000\nThis is the pay range for a mid-cost labor market. If hired in another region, there will be a difference in pay range. We offer a competitive compensation package plus a benefits and equity program, when applicable.
