Systems supported may include Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, Microsoft Office 365, EntraID, MFA, Information Protection, Active Directory, MS Windows Server, Linux Server OS, SAN/NAS storage, enterprise backup platforms, and related infrastructure technologies.\nThe role may also support infrastructure configurations related to ERP and integration platforms, including SAP and Dell Boomi.\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Platform Ownership:\nManages the day-to-day operations of infrastructure hardware and software, including system performance, configuration, maintenance, patching, and repair. • Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems across on-premises and cloud environments.\nApply revisions to host system firmware and software. Works with vendors to assist support activities.\nSupport core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft PKI, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, SCCM, Intune, Bitlocker, Key Management, Privileged Identity Management, Log Analytics, and Digital Rights Management\nManage and support SAN/NAS storage infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, capacity, and scalability.\nMaintain enterprise backup and recovery systems, including procedures, documentation, and restoration processes for host operating systems, and host-based applications.\nSupport Microsoft Azure lasS/PaaS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux Server, and related infrastructure platforms.\nPerform system health monitoring, capacity planning, lifecycle management, patching, and firmware/software updates.\nSupport virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V and VMware.\nProvide after hours on call support on a rotation schedule with other staff members\nTroubleshooting, Automation & Continuous Improvement:\nLead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues, working with vendors and internal support teams as needed.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure automation capabilities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and business continuity.\nCreate tools, procedures, and documentation to support Client Support, Applications Development, and other internal teams.\nRecommend system redesigns, configuration changes, and technology improvements to strengthen performance, reliability, security, and scalability.\nStay current with developments in systems administration, infrastructure automation, cloud services, and enterprise security technologies.\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance:\nEnforce established procedures and governance policies to maintain security and protect infrastructure from unauthorized access, misuse, and service disruption.\nUnderstand and apply relevant security, privacy, compliance, and quality principles in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations.\nMaintains procedures, programs, and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications.\nAdhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.\nUnderstand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.\nEnsure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with IT, business vendors, and support teams to maintain reliable infrastructure operations.\nCommunicate technical and complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.\nPerform other work-related duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications - Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of enterprise-level systems administration and/or engineering experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n8+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Intune, and SCCM/SCOM.\n5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure laaS/PaaS and Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.\nExperience supporting SAN/NAS storage environments.\nExperience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Windows operating systems and TCP/IP networking.\nExperience deploying, configuring, and maintaining on-premises virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V and VMware.\nExperience installing, configuring, and maintaining PKI or similar certificate management tools.\nExperience automating infrastructure provisioning (IaC) and configuration management.\nExperience onboarding applications for SSO, with a strong understanding of SAML and OpenID protocols.\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent experience.\nExperience administering ERP and integration platforms, such as SAP and Dell Boomi.\nExperience with Cisco UCS and other network hardware administration.\nDevOps experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation.\nAbility to plan, organize, and document complex system design activities and configure systems in alignment with institutional policies and procedures.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, handle concurrent projects, and respond effectively to urgent or complex operational issues.\nHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill.\nPosition Qualifications - Preferred:\nExperience administering Linux systems;
