The role contributes to key areas of business enablement, including operational coordination, marketing, technology platforms, and program development, helping ensure teams have the tools, resources, and processes needed to work effectively \nThe Operations Associate will:\nLead implementation of platforms and digital tools driving revenue and supporting services. \nOversee development of digital learning products or scalable offerings. \nCollaborate with IT and business teams to ensure systems meet operational needs. \nMaintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance trackers. \nIdentify opportunities for efficiencies with AI \nCoordinate the execution of marketing initiatives through project leadership. \nEnsure sales and marketing assets remain current, aligned, and ready for use. \nBe responsible for conference readiness, promotional initiatives, and brand-aligned materials. \nCoordinate marketing initiatives including direction or the requests to develop marketing materials, social media posts, newsletters, sponsorship activities, and internal or external events, acting as the liaison between the People First HR Leadership and the appointed Marketing delivery team (Enablement). \nSupport proposal quality, RFP coordination, and resource preparation. \nMaintain client information systems and operational trackers. \nEnsure teams are equipped to respond effectively to opportunities. \nTranslate strategic priorities into executable initiatives across teams. \nIdentify gaps impacting business performance and drive solutions. \nSupport change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. \nTo be successful as the Operations Associate, you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \n2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. \nStrong analytical thinking, systems mindset, and structured problem-solving skills. \nData and reporting tools (Advanced Excel or data analysis capabilities). \nExposure to automation, AI tools, or platform rollouts. \nFully proficient on Microsoft 365 (Intermediate to advanced) \nAt People Corporation we are committed to helping businesses succeed.
