We move quickly, value clear communication, and reward people who own outcomes.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nWhat you’ll do:\nCall every new quote within parameters, confirm spec/timing/decision process, and drive to PO.\nRun structured follow-ups (phone/email/WhatsApp) on all pending quotes every 48-72 hours until win/loss.\nHandle objections (price, lead time, MOQ, artwork) and negotiate within guardrails.\nArrange for meeting with field rep if unable to close over phone/email.\nWork provided cold-call lists; Qualify lead, book discovery calls and quoting opportunities.\nCanvas/Prospect when lists thin: Research targets, revive lapsed customers, ask for referrals.\nKeep CRM (Zoho Bigin/CRM) spotless: Next step + date on every opportunity; close reasons mandatory.\nCoordinate with Estimating/Production on feasibility, plates, lead times, and delivery slots.\nAdhere to POPIA and maintain do-not-contact hygiene.\nYou’ll be measured on:\nQuote-to-close rate\nAverage days Quote ?
