You'll design, build and support enterprise AI solutions that improve employee productivity, customer experiences and operational efficiency, while helping us build our AI capability from a relatively low base.\nWorking closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll develop AI agents, intelligent applications and integrations using modern AI technologies, turning innovative ideas into secure, scalable and supportable solutions. You'll be a self-starter who is comfortable shaping the way forward, establishing engineering standards and reusable patterns, and bringing others along as our AI capability grows.\nKey Responsibilities :\nDesigning, developing and supporting enterprise AI agents and intelligent applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.\n\nBuilding integrations with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow, APIs and other enterprise platforms.\n\nDeveloping AI-driven workflows, actions and reusable components that deliver business value.\n\nPartnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver practical AI solutions and bring people along through the change.\n\nApplying sound engineering practices including testing, source control, documentation and release management.\n\nEnsuring solutions meet governance, privacy, security and operational requirements.\n\nEvaluating emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for adoption.\n\nHelping establish AI engineering standards, technical guardrails, reusable patterns and capability across the organisation.\n\nAbout you\nYou're a curious, pragmatic and hands-on technology professional who is passionate about applying AI to solve real business problems. You'll be comfortable working with a high level of autonomy, creating structure where needed and helping build capability from the ground up. Just as importantly, you'll be able to engage stakeholders, share knowledge and bring people along as new ways of working are introduced. You balance experimentation and innovation with sound engineering, governance, security and operational practices.\nWe also seek the following knowledge and experience:\nEssential\nExperience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering or a related technology discipline.\n\nHands-on experience building agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including tools, connectors and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.\n\nExperience developing AI agents or intelligent applications.\n\nStrong programming capability in Python, .NET/C# or JavaScript.\n\nExperience integrating with APIs and enterprise platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, privacy and cyber security controls.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nA passion for learning and applying emerging technologies.\n\nHighly Regarded\nAzure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search experience.\n\nMicrosoft Graph and Microsoft 365 extensibility.\n\nKnowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and enterprise knowledge retrieval.\n\nExperience with advanced AI orchestration patterns.\n\nExperience in banking, financial services or another regulated environment.\n\nWhy you’ll love working with us:\nPeople First Bank - our new brand - says exactly what we’re all about: people.
