Join a team of dedicated professionals at one of the leading insurance brokerage firms and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in a stimulating work environment.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nMaintain professional communication with existing clients, providing expert assistance and advice on insurance matters;\nContact prospective clients and discuss their insurance needs and arrangements;\nCollect and process information required for insurance;\nAnalyze clients’ requests for insurance coverage;\nPrepare information and submit requests for quotations to insurance companies;\nCommunicate and negotiate with insurance companies to finalize quotations;\nPrepare comparisons of insurance quotations, including recommendations for clients;\nReview and select insurance policies arranged for clients;\nUpdate records of issued policies in the internal database;\nMonitor premium payments and verify commission calculations for issued policies;\nMonitor policies throughout their term and assist clients with claims when needed;\nMaintain knowledge of insurance terms and conditions and keep track of changes introduced by insurance companies;\nPerform other insurance-related duties as assigned by the employer.\n\n Required Qualifications\nUniversity degree in economics, law or engineering;\nProficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365;\nGood knowledge of Serbian and English;\nCompleted basic training in non-life insurance;\nCategory B driving licence and practical driving experience;\nStrong communication skills, flexibility, willingness to take on challenges and a team-oriented approach;\nAn insurance brokerage licence issued by the National Bank of Serbia (NBS), whether active or inactive, is an advantage.\nAdditional information:\nIf you are interested in the position, please send us your resume.
