You'll exercise technical ownership, provide peer mentoring, and ensure our systems are robust, observable, and future-ready.\n\nTotal Experience: 4 - 6 years\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, build, and support scalable microservices and user interfaces for the Ad Platform, leveraging Java and modern front-end frameworks.\n\n- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver features that enhance user-centric advertising.\n\n- Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks with ownership from development through deployment.\n\n- Mentor and support teammates through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance (no direct reports).\n\n- Improve system observability by implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.\n\n- Participate in on-call rotations as part of our commitment to operational excellence.\n\n- Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile workflows.\n\n- Understand and use automated tools (AI) while adhering to company policy.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- 4 -
