: Sr. VMware (VCF) Engineer\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Operate as a technical expert on infrastructure projects involving VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC platform engineering.\n\n- Deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot VCF lifecycle management, workload domains, vCenter, ESXi hosts, vSAN clusters, and NSXT networking.\n\n- Implement and maintain enterprise virtualization standards, security hardening, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.\n\n- Oversee integrations between VCF and adjacent platforms, including HCI, hardware platforms, automation tooling, and cloud services.\n\n- Continually analyze platform performance and recommend optimizations for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.\n\n- Collaborate with architecture, networking, and security teams to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.\n\n- Train and mentor junior engineers on VCF architecture, VMware best practices, and operational processes.\n\n- Participate in ongoing technology reviews and stay informed on the VMware roadmap, licensing updates, and industry trends.\n\nMinimum Qualifications :\n\n- BS/MS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n- 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware vSphere environments in enterprisescale deployments.\n\n- 4+ years of handson experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, including lifecycle management and workload domain operations.\n\n- 3+ years of experience with NSXT, including distributed networking, security policies, and microsegmentation.\n\n- Strong experience with vSAN deployment, storage policy management, and HCI capacity planning.\n\n- Proven background supporting/administering Windows and or Linux.\n\n- Deep knowledge of enterprise directory and authentication services (AD, DNS, DHCP, MFA, Group Policy, etc.).\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- VMware certifications such as VCPDCV, VCAPDCV, VCPNV, or VCF Specialist.\n\n- Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Powershell, PowerCLI, bash shell and or python.\n\n- Experience with Citrix technologies (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, XenApp/XenDesktop).\n\n- Familiarity with hybridcloud VMware platforms (VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine).\n\n- Knowledge of Kubernetes platforms (Tanzu, AKS, EKS) within VCF environments.\n\n- Experience with enterprise hardware platforms (Dell VxRail, HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS).\n\n- Experience
