This role supports internal People Inc. employees by ensuring a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable end-user technology experience. The analyst works across platforms to implement best practices in system configuration, security, and performance, while also serving as a key point of contact for escalated technical issues.\n Key Responsibilities:\nProvide L3 desktop support with effective and timely troubleshooting of complex issues in macOS and Windows OS, that can be related to (but not limited to):\nNetworking and security\nOS migration, provisioning, and deployment\nSoftware deployment, packaging, and installation\nHardware based issues\nVirtual environments\nGenerate custom application packages, automations and deployments.\nAssist in operating system and third-party patch management to ensure compliance with security standards.\nContinuously monitor the environment for issues, adoption rates, non-compliance, and generate detailed reports to share insights and findings.\nManage certificate securities, including encryption and decryption, and privileged access management.\nUse IaC tools such as Terraform to define, deploy, and manage configuration for Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and other endpoint solutions via version-controlled, repeatable automation-improving consistency, auditability, and speed of change while reducing configuration drift.\nAI-Driven Endpoint Operations & Automation: Leverage automation and AI-assisted analysis to identify endpoint compliance gaps, proactively reduce incident volume, and accelerate troubleshooting and application packaging/deployment workflows across Intune and Jamf to improve security posture and end-user experience.\nMaintain clear and proactive communication with end users, keeping them informed on the progress, actions taken, and expected resolution timelines.\nEnsure all issues and changes are properly logged, while updating and maintaining process Documentation.\nSkills:\nEssentials:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) with 3-5 years of relevant experience.\nStrong expertise in enterprise desktop technologies for both Windows and macOS environments.\nExtensive hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Zoom MDM, and Logitech Sync.\nProficient in application packaging tools including Patch My PC, Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool, AutoPkg, Packages.app, and Installomator.\nFamiliar with security platforms such as Rapid7 and CrowdStrike.\nStrong scripting skills in PowerShell and shell (bash, zsh) for automation and system configuration.\nExperience interacting and developing with APIs.\nExperience managing virtual desktop infrastructures including Microsoft CloudPC, AWS Workspaces and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.\nGood to Have:\nUnderstanding of Terraform or other IaC tools\nCertification in modern desktop management (MD-101TOO-A) is preferred\nCertification in Jamf (Jamf 100, Jamf 200, Jamf 300, Jamf 400)\nCertification in ITIL v4\nDesignation: Endpoint Engineer, 1\nShift Timings: 1:00 P.M to 10 P.M\nWork Location: Ecoworld, Bengaluru\nIt is the policy of People Inc. to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
