We work with clients all over the world.\nFor the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Platform Support Engineer - Kubernetes (Kraków - hybrid).\nYour duties will include:\nEnsure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.\nDiagnose and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues.\nSupport the deployment, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Kubernetes environments.\nTroubleshoot incidents, performance problems, and integration failures.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase platform stability and resilience.\nAnalyse logs, monitoring dashboards, and infrastructure metrics.\nCooperate with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nFollow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including occasional weekend support.\nRequirements that must be met:\n3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.\nStrong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.\nGood understanding of containerization and orchestration.\nSolid Unix/Linux administration skills.\nExperience analysing logs, monitoring data, and diagnosing infrastructure issues.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple technical teams.\nAbility to work from the Kraków office 2-3 days per week.\nVery good English and Polish\nNice to have:\nExperience with Service Mesh technologies.\nPrevious experience supporting highly available or business-critical platforms.\nExperience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.\nResponsibilities\n90 -
