The role is responsible for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, endpoint management, troubleshooting, IT automation, and user access management while supporting the Islamabad office and collaborating with the global IT team. Job Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Windows and macOS. Manage Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender, and Jamf Pro. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues. Manage user accounts and access through Okta. Support device provisioning, patching, and endpoint security.
