Role Overview: We are seeking a Manager Proposal to supervise, prepare, and update proposals/bids for engineering design projects (Basic Engineering / FEED / Detailed Engineering), ensuring technical soundness, financial viability, and compliance with client requirements, market trends, and management directives.
