We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support secondary sales operations by managing system configurations, trade schemes, pricing structures, hardware coordination, and user support.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Helpdesk, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations, accurate scheme deployment, timely payment processing, and effective technical support across the organization.\nJob Description:\nConfiguration of schemes, trade offers and discounts in the system, testing the schemes and ensuring their correctness.\nConfiguring price structure in the system.\nSending payment UPDs to the distributors based upon approval from Customer Marketing.\nSending emails to the stakeholders for the updates and UPDs.\nSafe keeping of physical media and hardware.\nTo perform miscellaneous administrative tasks of the department.\nKeeping track of the hardware given to the Sales and Visibility teams.\nCoordination with outside vendors for procurement and support of hardware.\nCoordination with vendors for Change Requests and enhancements in systems.\nEnsure proper Testing and deployment of Change Requests and enhancements in systems. \nConfiguration of Loyalty Program and its payment process (GT, WS, LMTs).\nSafe keeping of hardware in stock and issuance as per need and approvals.\nClose coordination with Sales and Helpdesk team across the country.\nConducting trainings for users, Helpdesk team and the management.\nProviding support to users in IT or Business.\nPerform other duties as required.\nQualification & Experience:\nBachelor in Computer Science/ B.com / Graduate in IT.\n1-2 years experience in the Secondary Sales Software/ Secondary Sales Support department of an FMCG organization\nKnowledge of Secondary Sales Systems\nS&D Pro & FMCG Sales\nProficient in MS Office\nLocation:
