The ideal candidate should have experience in Concur configuration, T&E policy design, approval workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Concur solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Configure, develop, and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice solutions.\n\n- Design and implement Travel & Expense (T&E) policies based on business requirements.\n\n- Configure and maintain approval workflows, business rules, and policy controls.\n\n- Develop and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP/S4HANA.\n\n- Work on integrations with SuccessFactors, third-party applications, APIs, and corporate card feeds.\n\n- Develop and maintain XML/API-based integrations using Concur integration capabilities.\n\n- Work with Concur Integration Connector for data integration and processing.\n\n- Configure and maintain Concur Audit Rules and Detect to support compliance and expense auditing.\n\n- Develop and maintain reports using Concur Analysis/Intelligence and other reporting tools.\n\n- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and application issues and provide timely resolutions.\n\n- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.\n\n- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and configuration documentation.\n\n- Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, security requirements, and SAP Concur best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice modules.\n\n- Strong understanding of T&E policy design and approval workflow configuration.\n\n- Experience with SAP Concur integrations involving SAP ERP/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, third-party APIs, and corporate card feeds.\n\n- Good knowledge of XML/API-based integrations.\n\n- Experience with Concur Integration Connector.\n\n- Knowledge of Concur Audit Rules, Detect, and Analysis/Intelligence reporting tools.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.\n\n- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\n-
