are seeking a client-facing Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cloud, AI/data and application-modernization initiatives.\n\nThe role combines delivery governance, technical understanding, stakeholder management and people leadership to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality commitments.\n\nThe successful candidate will lead multiple cross-functional workstreams, partner with architects and engineering leads, manage delivery risks and provide clear, outcome-focused updates to customers and senior leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery across one or more cloud, data/AI, SaaS or application-modernization engagements.\n\n- Translate statements of work and business objectives into executable plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, staffing, cost and quality.\n\n- Lead customer governance, weekly delivery reviews and steering updates with clear decisions, owners, timelines and escalation paths.\n\n- Coordinate architects, engineering leads, developers, QA, DevOps, data teams and support functions across distributed locations.\n\n- Track delivery health through schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, release plans, quality metrics and financial indicators.\n\n- Identify scope, resource, technical and dependency risks early; drive mitigation and recovery plans through closure.\n\n- Manage delivery commitments, change requests, customer escalations and production-support priorities with a strong service mindset.\n\n- Plan team capacity, utilization and skill deployment; coach project leads and create accountability for outcomes.\n\n- Partner with Product and Architecture teams to align technical execution with roadmap, scalability, security and reliability expectations.\n\n- Support effort estimation, solution transition, proposal/SOW review and project mobilization where required.\n\n- Drive Agile delivery discipline, release readiness, retrospectives and continuous improvement across workstreams.\n\n- Maintain accurate and concise reporting for senior management, customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nRequired Experience & Capabilities : \n\n- 12 - 18 years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years in delivery, program or engineering-management responsibilities.\n\n- Demonstrated ownership of medium-to-large technology engagements involving multiple teams, milestones and customer stakeholders.\n\n- Strong experience in project planning, estimation, delivery governance, risk management, change control and status reporting.\n\n- Experience managing global customers and distributed engineering teams in an onsite-offshore or GCC/ODC model.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, SDLC, DevOps practices, release management and production-support processes.\n\n- Working technical understanding of at least two areas: cloud platforms, microservices/APIs, application engineering, data platforms or AI-enabled solutions.\n\n- Ability to review architecture and delivery trade-offs with technical leaders without being the primary hands-on architect.\n\n- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or equivalent, along with strong Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills.\n\n- Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Commercial awareness covering effort, utilization, budget tracking, change requests and delivery margin.\n\nTechnical Exposure :\n\n- Cloud: AWS and/or Microsoft Azure; cloud migration and modernization concepts.\n\n- Engineering: Java, .NET, Python or Node.js ecosystems; REST APIs and microservices architecture.\n\n- Data & AI: Working awareness of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML use cases and AI-enabled process automation.\n\n- Quality & Operations: CI/CD, DevOps, application security, observability, reliability and production support.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.\n\n- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master or comparable delivery certification.\n\n- Experience in insurance, financial services, enterprise SaaS or product-engineering environments.\n\n- Exposure to presales, solutioning, project transitions or Build-Operate-Transfer engagements.\n\nSuccess Measures :\n\n- Projects delivered against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality baselines.\n\n- Early visibility and closure of risks, dependencies, escalations and change requests.\n\n- Customer satisfaction, governance effectiveness and predictable stakeholder communication.\n\n- Healthy team utilization, engagement, capability
