Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Associate, your tasks will include the following:\nDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates\nUtilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates\nScreen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers\nEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the skills necessary for each position\nProvide insights and recommendations on candidate selection based on recruitment best practices\nCoordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires\nPrepare offer letters and onboarding materials\nParticipate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates\nWhat we look for:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition roles\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and roles for different teams\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)\nAdvanced IT Literacy is required.
