an advanced degree (MTech/MS/MBA) from a premier institute is a plus.\n\nPreferred Background : \n\n- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Technology, E-commerce, Martech, Digital Products or AI-first organizations is preferred.\n\n- Prior experience in building or scaling a technology/AI Center of Excellence will be an advantage.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like : \n\n- Co-lead the organization as a strategic AI and Data Center of Excellence.\n\n- Build and scale a strong AI/Data/Engineering team in the organization.\n\n- Drive significant AI-led enterprise client opportunities.\n\n- Launch multiple AI products, accelerators or client solutions into production.\n\n- Strengthen talent acquisition, retention and AI capability development.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nJoin senior leadership team and take ownership of building a next-generation AI and Data organization in Hyderabad, with direct visibility to global AI leadership and executive management.
