/ DevOps platforms such as Harness or Backstage.\n\nExperience - 6+ years\nLocation - Pune\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong coding skills and experience building automation, developer platforms, CI/CD workflows, APIs and scalable cloud-based solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain Python-based applications, automation scripts, APIs and data-driven solutions.\nDesign and enhance developer portal capabilities using Backstage and/or Harness to improve developer experience and engineering workflows.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions (GHA), Harness or similar DevOps platforms.\nDevelop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models and visualizations.\nWork on data extraction, transformation, processing and visualization across multiple sources.\nDeploy, manage and troubleshoot applications and workloads on Azure/AWS/GCP, with Azure AKS/Kubernetes experience preferred.\nIntegrate APIs, cloud services, applications and developer tools into scalable engineering solutions.\nDrive automation, reliability, performance and standardization across development and deployment processes.\nMust-Have Skills:\nStrong hands-on Python development and coding.\nStrong experience with Power BI and Data Analytics.\nExperience with GitHub Actions (GHA) and CI/CD automation.\nHands-on experience with Harness OR Backstage.\nGood understanding of Developer Portals / Internal Developer Platforms.\nExperience with Azure, AWS or GCP.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes / Azure AKS preferred.\nStrong understanding of software development, debugging and deployment practices.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with APIs and backend development.\nExperience with ETL/ELT and cloud-based data pipelines.\nExperience integrating developer tools,
