Plan projects, events, prep schedules, and operational timelines well in advance to avoid bottlenecks or last-minute disruptions.\n Manage staff, including scheduling, delegation, performance monitoring, and team coordination\n Provide real-time operational updates and prepare detailed weekly reports on performance and efficiency.\n Identify operational challenges quickly and implement effective solutions without unnecessary escalation.\n Ensure all operations maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, safety, and compliance.\n Monitor supply levels and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to maintain adequate stock availability.\n Continuously improve operational processes to increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.\n Support the execution of special
