Research & Candidate Sourcing\n Research talent pools, industries, and recruitment channels.\n Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and other platforms.\n Review CVs and applications against role requirements.\n Support candidate screening and interviews as skills develop.\n Build and maintain candidate pipelines.\n Recruitment Projects & Events\n Support recruitment training and placement projects, including candidate coordination, documentation, and follow-up.\n Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives.\n Must have skills\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.\n Good research skills and an interest in recruitment and talent.\n Proficiency or willingness to learn Google Workspace or HRIS.\n Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.\n Qualifications\n Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.\n 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, administration, internships, or a related
