We work with clients all over the world.\nFor the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Java Software Engineer | JAVA | Kraków | Hybrid\nYour duties will include:\nDesign reliable technical solutions and processes and implement them using Agile methods.\nAnalyse technical and business requirements and advise stakeholders on suitable solutions.\nWork closely with business product owners, IT specialists, architects, and IT management.\nSupport the adoption of DevOps and Agile principles and ways of working.\nUse SRE principles to improve platform reliability, capacity, and performance, reduce repetitive manual work, and make systems easier to monitor.\nDevelop tools for monitoring, alerting, detecting and responding to incidents, managing capacity, and supporting safe releases.\nTake part in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery activities\nRequirements that must be met:\nAt least 4 years of experience developing and supporting distributed systems written in Java.\nAbility to design and develop microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot.\nGood knowledge of current Java technologies, frameworks, and DevOps tools.\nExperience with JIRA/Confluence, Ansible, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD automation.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly to people from different teams.\nAbility to work with teams across regions and consider the needs of the wider organisation.\nA structured and independent approach to work, with a focus on results.\nVery good English and Polish\nWillingness to work in a hybrid model in Kraków: 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.\nResponsibilities\n100 -
