We work with clients all over the world.\nFor the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking forSenior Software Engineer Java / Kotlin / Node.js | Kraków | Hybrid\nYour duties will include:\nBuild and maintain reusable templates and standard development patterns to simplify onboarding and improve consistency across teams.\nCreate practical examples based on real projects that teams can use directly and that help promote platform adoption.\nImprove self-service onboarding so teams can adopt the platform without individual support.\nCollect developer feedback through support sessions and communication channels, and turn it into improvements by implementing fixes or coordinating with the responsible teams through to resolution.\nCreate and maintain platform documentation, how-to guides, and examples as part of every feature release.\nWork with product, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to ensure guidance is accurate, practical, and meets compliance requirements.\nRequirements that must be met:\nAt least 10 years of experience.\nStrong hands-on programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.\nProven experience building and delivering templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding materials, or developer tools.\nPractical understanding of how standardisation and automation improve the developer experience.\nAbility to write clear technical documentation, guides, and examples for a wide audience.\nA strong focus on security, resilience, observability, and ease of support in production environments, including regulated organisations.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and drive work to completion.\nWillingness to work in Kraków: 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.\nVery good English and Polish\nResponsibilities\n100 -
