We work with clients all over the world.\nFor the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Project Lead - AI/ML | Python | Computer Vision | NLP.\nYour duties will include:\nTranslate approved business concepts and client requirements into clearly defined technical scopes, implementation roadmaps, and realistic project timelines.\n\nLead the technical delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring architectural consistency, high engineering standards, and alignment with business objectives.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.\n\nActively contribute to software development, writing and reviewing Python code and implementing AI/ML solutions.\n\nCoordinate engineering activities, delegate technical tasks, and review the work of other developers when working with a team.\n\nOversee the technical architecture and technology stacks across multiple projects, identifying opportunities for reusability and standardization.\n\nEvaluate available frameworks, tools, and technologies, making informed decisions between custom-built solutions and existing platforms.\n\nIdentify technical dependencies, potential risks, and delivery challenges, ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed schedules.\n\nServe as the main technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical decisions in an understandable way.\n\nCollaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.\n\nRequirements that must be met:\nAt least 5 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles.\n\nProven experience in leading technical projects, including defining project scope, preparing timelines, coordinating delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.\n\nStrong hands-on programming experience with Python, including developing and maintaining production-level code.\n\nPractical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.\n\nSolid technical knowledge and practical experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).\n\nExperience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions.\n\nGood understanding of software architecture, technical design principles, and engineering best practices.\n\nAbility to evaluate technical approaches, select appropriate tools, and make architectural decisions.\n\nExperience collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing code, and coordinating technical activities.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage technical responsibilities across multiple projects while maintaining a hands-on approach to development\n\nVery good English and Polish\n\nResponsibilities\n140 -
