We work with clients all over the world.\nFor the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Project Manager (E-Invoicing Implementations) | UAE Market.\nYour duties will include:\nLead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions.\nConduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation plans.\nGather and document client requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into structured technical specifications for internal teams.\nCoordinate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.\nProvide regular project status updates and progress reports.\nSupport internal teams in prioritization and execution of implementation activities.\nLearn and work with configuration and administration tools used in the solution.\nConfigure selected solution components when required.\nDeliver customer trainings and support users during onboarding.\nManage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.\nEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.\nRequirements that must be met:\n4+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.\nStrong experience leading software implementation or integration projects.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.\nAnalytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.\nVery good English and Polish\nNice to have:\nExperience with e-invoicing platforms.\n\nExperience with EDI solutions.\n\nKnowledge of XML, JSON, structured file formats, or API integrations.\n\nExperience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).\n\nUnderstanding of electronic document exchange processes and compliance requirements.\n\nExperience working in international projects.\n\nResponsibilities\n110 -
