client, an established electronic security systems integrator, is looking for an experienced Installation & Service Technician to support commercial customers throughout Northern Nevada.\nThis role involves a combination of installation, programming, troubleshooting, and servicing electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.\n Key Responsibilities\nInstall, program, test, commission, troubleshoot, and service commercial electronic security systems.\n\nWork with access control, CCTV/IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.\n\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.\n\nRespond to service calls, preventative maintenance requests, and emergency repairs.\n\nPerform system upgrades, equipment replacements, and modifications to existing installations.\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.\n\nComplete system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and customer training.\n\nCoordinate with project managers, other technicians, and customers to ensure successful project completion.\n\nMaintain accurate service reports, installation documentation, and project records.\n\n 3+ years of experience installing, servicing, or programming commercial electronic security systems preferred.\n\nHands-on experience with access control, CCTV/IP video, and intrusion systems.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills with electronic hardware, software, and networking.\n\nAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.\n\nComfortable working independently on installation projects and service calls.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northern Nevada.\n\nPreferred Technical Experience\nAccess Control: Lenel, Software House, Genetec, AMAG, S2\n\nVideo Surveillance: Genetec, Milestone, IP camera systems\n\nIntrusion: DMP,
