This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position.\nLocation: Remote\nResponsibilities:\nConduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards \nTrack and monitor confidential candidate information\nMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)\nAssist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks\nMaintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement\nBuild a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity\nPerform additional responsibilities as required\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants\nAbility to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment\nAbility to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times\nDetail oriented and highly organized\nSelf-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition\nStrong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts\nAccustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level\nMust be flexible to work with a new client\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nSalary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nEmployees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short term disability, in addition to other programs, as well as up to 10 days Paid Time Off per year.
