The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand.\nLocation: Rochester, NY\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions \nSource, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations \nBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences\nFacilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires\nMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate \nAdhere to compliance standards \nAdhere to the staffing processes established\nProactively seek new avenues to attract candidates \nAbility to work in a fast paced; process oriented environment \nMust possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. \nHeavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction \nExcellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing \nRequirements:\nMinimum of 5 years recent full cycle recruitment experience recruiting\nExperience with OFCCP is preferred \nExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required\nStrong partnership and consultative skills\nDriven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences\nMust possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives\nExtreme sense of urgency\nDetail oriented \nSolid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices \nExcellent customer service delivery and strong presentation skills\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nSalary Range: $58,240 - $84,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
