The Hourly Sourcer assists the Manager in using available data from the Operations team to oversee sourcing channel productivity.\nLocation: Remote\nResponsibility Areas:\nIdentify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand as clarified with business segments using electronic and verbal communication methods\nAttend and/or lead intake sessions and/or feedback sessions with Hiring Managers\nContact jobseekers or potential candidates using verbal and other communication methods\nAct as liaison to agencies\nCreate a pipeline of candidates \nBuild a database of candidates\nWork with Manager, Operations team and Offshore partners to oversee productivity of the various sourcing channels and processes\nMaintain and update the CRM\nTrack and report sourcing results\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required\nKnowledge & Experience:\nMust have minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume talent sourcing \nExperience sourcing for Non-Exempt roles and highly preferred in hospitality\nUsed to work successfully in a metrics oriented environment\nFlexibility to work with different teams, time zones, territories and projects as needed according to the market/client demands \nSolid background and expertise in different sourcing techniques; cold calling, referrals, social media across different markets and disciplines\nExcellent prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks\nAbility to adapt to changing business priorities & environment\nKnowledge of different application tracking systems helpful\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint\nKnowledge and skill in candidate process management\nStrong customer-service orientation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent listening and interpersonal skills\nHighly self-motivated and directed\nStrong analytical skills and keen attention to detail\nAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, metric driven environment\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\nSalary Range: $31.59 - $37.91 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nEmployees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short term disability, in addition to other programs, as well as up to 10 days Paid Time Off per year.
