This position plays a key role in defining, analyzing, and managing requirements spanning the entire system life cycle - from concept development through testing and deployment.\nDuties:\nLead system-level requirements definition and traceability across multiple MDA and external programs.\nApply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using CAMEO Systems Modeler to create, integrate, and maintain a comprehensive multi-layered architecture.\nModel and document system components, behaviors, and interfaces across multiple agencies to support the Next Generation Missile Defense architecture.\nCapture, analyze, and validate functional and performance requirements to ensure mission success.\nConduct trade-off analyses and assess system scalability and integration impacts.\nMaintain continuous traceability from mission objectives through test and deployment.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and external partners to ensure system alignment with strategic defense goals.\nQualifications\nRequired Skills/Experience:\n 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or MBSE (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\nProven experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems.\nExpertise with MBSE principles, SysML, and CAMEO Systems Modeler.\nStrong understanding of MDA system architectures, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation. \nAbility to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical requirements.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nAn active DoDTop Secret with SCI eligibility clearance upon hire is preferred. \nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
