You will coordinate schedules, technical reviews, customer reporting, project documentation, and delivery activities while working closely with customers representatives, engineers, aviation subject matter experts, and program leadership. Strong technical writing and communication skills are important to this role.\nDuties:\nManage project schedules, priorities, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables. \nCoordinate technical reviews, demonstrations, meetings, action items, and follow-up activities. \nPrepare and edit customer-facing plans, reports, technical documentation, and other project deliverables. \nTrack project progress, milestones, scope, and contractual deliverables and provide clear status updates to program leadership and the customer. \nCoordinate day-to-day activities with engineering, aviation, security, and customer teams, including required project and site-access actions. \nSupport project planning, onboarding, transition, and follow-on work. \nQualifications\n Required Skills/Experience:\n5-8 years managing technical development projects, including customer deliverables and reporting. Demonstrated ability to perform the role will be considered regardless of total years of experience. \nExperience leading agile or sprint-based software development and coordinating technical planning, integration, testing, and reviews. \nWorking knowledge of AI-enabled software systems and how data, models, software integration, and testing affect project delivery. \nStrong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn engineering input into clear customer deliverables. \nExperience using AI productivity tools to support project management, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. \nAbility to travel approximately 15 percent, with more travel around test events. \nAbility to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). \nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in business, management, a technical discipline, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional or military experience may substitute for a degree\nDesired Skills:\nPMP certification. \nExperience with aviation training, flight simulation, or instructional systems. \nExperience with milestone-based Government contracts. \nFamiliarity with AI/ML, distributed simulation, or cybersecurity compliance. \nOverview\nPeople First.
