You will manage the GPU-based development and training environments, prepare and secure systems for customer use, support installation and integration, and maintain the infrastructure through testing and sustainment.\nDuties:\nSpecify, build, and maintain GPU-based computing, storage, and network infrastructure for AI development, training, and testing. \nBuild and maintain the development and training environment, including Linux systems, containers, GPU software, storage, and backups. \nSecure and maintain systems in accordance with applicable STIG, vulnerability-management, and CUI requirements. \nInstall and integrate systems at the customer site, support testing and demonstrations, and troubleshoot system or integration issues. \nManage software, model, and data transfers between controlled environments while maintaining required security and data-handling procedures. \nDevelop system administration documentation and support transition and sustainment of the environment. \nQualifications\n Required Skills/Experience:\nPreferred experience range: 5-8 years of systems integration and system administration experience in a DoD or similarly controlled environment. Demonstrated ability to perform the role will be considered regardless of total years of experience. \nHands-on experience building and administering GPU-based Linux systems, including NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, containers, and storage/networking for compute-intensive workloads. \nExperience securing Linux systems using STIGs, vulnerability scanning, and remediation processes. \nExperience deploying and maintaining containerized systems using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies. \nAbility to travel approximately 25%, including extended on-site support for installation, testing, and technical reviews. \nAbility to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) for customer system accounts and site access. \nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional or military experience may substitute for a degree. \nDesired Skills :\nFlight simulator or training device facility experience, including work alongside instructor operator stations and simulator networks \nDistributed simulation network setup (HLA or DIS) and RTI configuration \nSecurity+ or equivalent certification; familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 controls \nExperience writing administrator documentation for a Government customer \nOverview\nPeople First.
