We are seeking a hands-on Packaging Supervisor to lead a skilled team of production, sanitation, and maintenance employees. This is a frontline leadership role with direct accountability for line efficiency, labor utilization, cost control, quality, and safety across all packaging operations - on every shift, every run.\nLead packaging operations with a relentless focus on efficiency, loss control, and schedule execution - while building a high-performance team culture grounded in safety, quality, and continuous improvement in an SQF-certified environment.\nOperations & Schedule Execution\nDrive execution of the daily and weekly production schedule across all packaging lines\nContinuously monitor line performance; identify and resolve bottlenecks, downtime, and throughput issues in real time\nLead daily shift meetings to align the team on priorities, safety topics, and production targets\nCoordinate with maintenance staff to minimize unplanned downtime and support preventive maintenance execution\nEfficiency, Labor & Loss Control\nTrack and optimize labor utilization across shifts; adjust staffing to match production demand and reduce overtime costs\nMonitor and reduce material loss and waste on packaging lines; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions\nAnalyze production data and KPIs to identify efficiency gaps and drive measurable improvements\nReport production results and variance explanations to brewery leadership on a timely basis\nSOP Development & Quality/Safety Compliance\nLead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a robust SOP program for all packaging and sanitation operations\nEnsure all operations comply with SQF certification standards, HACCP requirements, and internal quality protocols\nChampion safety programs and OSHA compliance; enforce safe work practices across all shifts\nFacilitate two-way communication between packaging employees and brewery leadership; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement\nSupport ongoing process improvement initiatives and drive a positive, change-ready team culture\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nRequired\nMinimum 7 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or CPG manufacturing\nDemonstrated leadership in a high-speed, high-volume packaging or production environment\nProven ability to manage labor efficiency, control costs, and drive line performance improvements\nExperience developing and implementing SOPs in a regulated manufacturing setting\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
