This is a remote, fixed-term, part-time role combining live online facilitation, learner mentoring, assignment feedback, and community engagement.\nThe role is expected to require approximately 4 to 6 hours per week on average, with additional time potentially required during assignment grading periods.\nRequirements\nDemonstrated professional experience working as a Data Analyst or in a closely related data analytics role.\nStrong practical understanding of data analytics concepts and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.\nPrevious experience facilitating, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring others.\nDemonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback that helps others improve their skills and understanding.\nStrong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to support and engage a diverse learner community.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to balance live facilitation, learner support, and assignment marking.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills suitable for both online group facilitation and individual learner support.\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues involved in delivery and learner support.\nA flexible, practical, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing learner needs and course dynamics.\nConfidence sharing real-world data analytics experience and practical industry examples in a learning environment.Key Responsibilities\n\nFacilitate interactive live online group classes that bring data analytics concepts to life through practical examples and industry experience.\nHost regular online drop-in sessions focused on learner questions, practical applications, assignments, and areas where additional support is needed.\nMark learner assignments and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback that supports continued development.\nFacilitate engaging discussions within the online learner community by answering content questions, sharing relevant resources, and providing real-world examples.\nProvide ad hoc one-to-one mentoring sessions to help learners work through challenges relating to course content and assignments.\nParticipate in selected industry panel discussions, sharing practical experience and perspectives alongside other facilitators and subject matter experts.\nSet clear expectations with learners regarding workload, project timelines, available resources, and learning requirements.\nMonitor learner engagement and progress, identifying potential areas where additional support or intervention may be beneficial.\nCollaborate with relevant delivery and learner support colleagues to communicate progress, challenges, and areas requiring additional attention.\nSupport approximately 20 to 50 assignment submissions per course and provide one-to-one support to learners where required.\nBenefits\nCollaborative, people-centred performance culture.\nOpportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexible part-time remote working arrangement associated with the requirements of this fixed-term role.\nOpportunity to apply your professional data analytics experience while supporting the development of emerging talent.\nOur Recruitment Process\nThe peopleworth Employer Group follows a fair, transparent, and multi-stage recruitment process designed to ensure mutual fit.\nApplication Submission: Complete the online form and answer brief application questions.\nInitial Screening: Your application is reviewed for role alignment;
