You will:\n- Build and extend platform features & internal tools\n- Design and optimize data pipelines & integrations\n- Operate scalable services on Google Cloud\n- Maintain CI/CD pipelines & deployment environments\n- Ensure quality through testing and code reviews\nThis is not a ticket role. It's architecture, ownership, and shipped value - you'll often get direction on the what, not the how, and we expect you to run with that.\nWhat we expect from you\nTechnical Expertise- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent hands-on depth - we value real coding experience over titles)\n- Strong experience with modern TypeScript & React\n- Confident working with SQL and data modeling\n- Experience building and operating services in Google Cloud\n- Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows\n- Comfortable designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures\n- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)\nNice to have: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems.\nMindset\n- You've worked in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -
