taking responsibility for team training, coaching and performance.\n\n Standards - maintain general health, safety and housekeeping standards\n\nRequirements\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\n\n Grade 12 \n\n Proficient in English. \n\n Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.\n\n Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.\n\n Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage).\n\nATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:\n\n A passion for retail is essential to deliver a world-class customer experience. \n\n Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. \n\n Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills \n\n Strong Managerial capabilities -
