This role will oversee end-to-end credit processes, including credit originations, customer account management, and the sales of all CFS credit products. The successful candidate will implement operational strategies and lead the credit team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a healthy and compliant credit portfolio.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOptimize collections, book performance, and risk management.\n\nStreamline customer onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience.\n\nEnsure consistent adherence to company policies, standards, procedures, and systems.\n\nDevelop and implement effective credit sales strategies.\n\nEnable a culture of customer centricity, accountability, and collaboration.\n\nLead, motivate, and develop the regional credit team to deliver results.\n\nMinimum Qualifications & Requirements:\n\nBCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Credit Management (NQF Level 7).\n\nMinimum 5 years in a Management role in the financial services/credit environment/contact center environment\n\nStrong knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), FAIS, Hire Purchase Agreement Act, Data Protection Act and credit regulations.\n\nExperience in risk management, financial services, and credit operations.\n\nProficiency in MS Office and credit systems (e.g., CollectSmart, Presence, Callbi).\n\nCore Competencies & Skills:\n\nLeadership and team development.\n\nStrategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nCustomer service excellence and relationship management.\n\nAttention to detail, resilience, adaptability, and positive attitude.\n\nSelf-motivation,
