or diploma in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nMinimum 3 years in retail operations, preferably with experience in risk management, loss prevention, or store management.\nMust possess a valid driver’s licence with proven driving experience.\nStrong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities with process-improvement skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nHigh accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.\nProven ability to engage effectively and collaborate across diverse cultures and organisational levels.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct regular store visits to verify compliance with operational, financial, HR, and OHS standards.\nMonitor adherence to daily administrative processes, banking, and security measures.\nPerform thorough investigations into business risks such as theft, fraud, and leave abuse.\nGather evidence, conduct interviews, compile comprehensive reports, and manage confidential information.\nOversee store stocktake to ensure standard operating procedures are strictly followed.\nInvestigate high-loss stores, review critical path checklists, and support stock loss action plans.\nAssist in formulating, testing, and piloting new standard operating procedures.\nSupport project roll-outs and execute ad-hoc administrative functions as required.\nManage, reconcile, and report monthly travel and operational costs within approved budgets.\nSubmit required travel schedules on time and report any budget variances.\nSupport store management with risk and administrative training initiatives.\nHelp staff improve compliance standards through targeted coaching and follow-up
